Cooking hacks

Scrunch for extra layers

Right after cooking, hold the hot paratha between two spatulas (or clean, protected hands) and scrunch it gently from the sides. The layers open up and it turns extra flaky.

Separate while frozen

Peel off the film and take parathas out one at a time. Return the rest to the freezer straight away so they don't stick together.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to add oil or butter?

No. The paratha already contains oil and cooks well in a dry pan. Add a little butter or ghee at the end if you like a richer taste.

Can I cook it from frozen?

Yes. Always cook it straight from frozen — thawed parathas become sticky and hard to handle.

Is it halal?

Yes. Every Antar product is halal certified and made without harmful preservatives.
